The first thing you should do is writean application letter and provide validevidence along with it and submit it to the Programme Coordinator’s office or theDepartment Head immediately after an incident. The College will then check thesubmitted documents along with the evidence. If you are granted a permission, you will be allowed to take the make-up examination.

For a one-time make-up examination, for all subjects, the amount of payment required is:-

• For a postgraduate student ETB 1,300
• For an undergraduate student ETB 600
